This blend uses a clinical-stage API — material manufactured specifically to make tablets for an early-phase clinical study. At this stage of development, API supply is extremely limited and costs roughly $50 million per kilogram to produce.

At a 200 mg tablet and 10% target potency, every single tablet carries about $1,000 of that API. A good tablet turns that investment into usable clinical supply. A rejected tablet destroys it completely — and downtime wastes the material the process would otherwise be converting.

This API is also difficult to process consistently — small upsets in feed, mixing or compression can quickly push the blend out of specification. Your job — and ASM Advanced Control's — is to hold the process steady through those disturbances and protect as much of this irreplaceable material as possible.
